Refund and cancellation policy

Failed videos

If a video fails before it's finished, its credit goes back to your account automatically.

Refunds

If you've paid and haven't finished a video, email info@anantahq.com within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Once a video from a pack has been finished, that pack can't be refunded.

Duplicate or wrong charges

If you were charged twice or by mistake, email us with your payment ID and we'll refund the extra charge.

Cancellation

There's no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again.
